Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@highfitnesslevel.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
